Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation by the client, the following applies:

• 30 days prior to check in date – 10% cancellation fee
• Less than 30 days prior to check in date – 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days prior to check in date – 100% cancellation fee

Should you qualify for a refund, it will be processed within 30 days. Please ensure you email all required details.

A deposit of 100% of the total booking value is payable within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation.

• Check in time: 14:00pm
• Check out time: 10:00am
• For arrivals before 14:00pm – luggage can be stored until check in time.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking 90 days in advance with full refundable deposits. With regards to noise levels, please exercise consideration of other guests at all times.
